ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

 

Redland Industrial Services (Arabia) Ltd is committed to the continual improvement of the management and operation of all its activities to minimise any adverse effects on the environment and public health.

 

The principles of the policy are to:

• comply with the spirit as well as the letter of environmental legislation whilst maintaining open and transparent relationships with all regulatory authorities,

• assess the environmental effects of its policies and operations with the objective of preventing pollution, reducing environmental impact and where possible providing environmental benefit,

• promote a greater understanding of environmental issues amongst its employees, suppliers, contractors, clients and within local communities where RISAL operates,

• seek to influence clients and suppliers of materials and services to adopt policies which are consistent with those of the Group,

•  conserve resources, encourage waste minimization, and to promote the recovery of energy and the recycling of materials where it is appropriate and economically viable,

• develop new opportunities based upon sound scientific judgments using the wider group’s experience, its research capabilities and those of other academic establishments,
