QUALITY POLICY

RISAL is committed to provide Industrial Cleaning and Waste Management Services of the highest possible standards to its clients.  We will ensure that all our services are in compliance with all legislative / regulatory requirements as applicable in the Gulf region.

We will maintain a constant vigil to ensure that our services are the best available in the market from a technological and environmental   view point in addition to their conformity to the public health standards as depicted by all applicable regulations/requirements in the Gulf region. 

 We ensure that our Quality Policy is well understood and observed by all members of our staff.  We encourage our employees' participation in Quality related discussions so as to generate a sense of team work and to make Quality Performance, their norm.  This is achieved through an effective implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 International Quality Standard.

Nevertheless, we will periodically review the QMS including Quality Policy, and Objectives along with other aspects of QMS implementation to ensure their suitability and effectiveness with an aim to continuously improve the QMS and its practice.
